i use i site called freesound. org, i search for a sound, listen to the many they have then select the one i prefer, sometimes i do some edit on audacity, like fasten it, put an echo, or some distortion in the case of gunshots it sounds a little better. Summing it up: know how to search the sounds and know how to edit audio. I'm not like a wooow miami is good as shit on audio production, but i'm pretty satisfied with my productions
